If a decision is made to terminate classes during the year, a refund is pro-rated according to the number of classes attended.
A costume pre-payment of $100.00 is due at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from your total costume balance that will be due in October. There is no costume refund on costumes that have been ordered. You will be notified when costumes arrive and can contact the studio for pick up.
Please notifiy your child's instructor immediately about any injury or limitation your child may have. This allows us to ensure a safe teaching environment for your child.
Questions & Concerns
We are dedicated and experienced in teaching dance to children. However, we also know that nobody knows a child better than their parent. If at anytime a question should arise, please do not hesitate to discuss them with your child's instructor. We ask that you do this during non-teaching hours so that the instructor may give your their full attention without taking away from another child's class. All inquiries dealing with classes, costumes, and competitions you may have need to be directed to your child's instructor so the correct answers are received without confusion.
